Ordinary days, I like to have tea alone. Without words, just enjoy my tea quietly. Sometimes, if there is a special tea, then tasting it with some know-tea friends is also a pleasure thing.

My tea set is very simple: a teapot, a tea-strainer and a teacup. I do not drink tea every day, but only when I want to drink. Put the suitable amount of tea into the teapot, pour hot water, then cover pot lid, and wait. Initially, I think the time to wait for tea is sheer torture. But now, I think this little waiting time is so wonderful! It seems that the withered trees in winter sprout again in spring, and children grow up overnight. How amazing! Tea awakes bit by bit in the teapot filled with water.

The first cup of tea is somewhat shy, and light. Don’t hurry, a gentle prelude is just the thing for you, isn’t it? With the hot water into the teapot again, and a patient wait again, the tea will improve mature and full. This is just the best flavor. As you meet your lover, who is at the best age.

Over and over again water pours in, over and over again tea pours out. However, it must have an end. The end of tea is light water like old one’s white hair. Tea-leaves will eventually return to earth. Come from where, and go back where.

In a short time, we experience the whole life of tea. Among them, some fresh, some mellow, some elegant, some wild. However, all the kind of tea have more or less bitterness——the bitterness of nature. If you can understand this bitterness, then all the frustrations and prides in the life will transform into a light wind, and go far away……
